A group of friends, led by Casey and Sue Paulson, has commissioned a bench in Annika's memory at the San Francisco Zoo. The Zoo was one of Annika's special places. She really enjoyed Gorilla World, where the bench was placed last week in her honor. It is just outside the glass window that looks into the Gorilla paddock, where one visit a gorilla came over and sat a few feet from the window, just looking at Annika and her cousins. Maybe the gorilla knew something we didn't.

Anna, Katrina and I went to visit the Zoo and specifically the bench on Monday (March 5, 2007). Below are the pictures
